Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Sticker Studio Sunshine Coast (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By placing an order with us or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully before proceeding.


 

1. Definitions

“Client”, “you”, “your” — the individual or business placing an order.
“Goods” — all custom stickers, signage, banners, A-frames, branded clothing, and related printed or manufactured products.
“Artwork” — any design, logo, image, or file supplied or approved by the client.
“Approval” — written confirmation via email, message, or online form that the artwork or order details are correct.

 

2. Custom Orders

Most products supplied by Sticker Studio Sunshine Coast are custom-made and produced specifically to your requirements.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or altered, except where required by law.
 

3. Artwork Approval Responsibility

Before printing or production begins, clients are provided with a digital proof or artwork layout for approval.

By approving artwork, the client accepts full responsibility for:

  • Spelling, grammar, and text accuracy

  • Colours, image placement, layout, and proportions

  • Sizes, measurements, and product choices

  • Quality of images, logos, or files supplied

  • Any inaccuracies or omissions in information supplied

Once artwork is approved:
No refunds, reprints, or changes can be made for errors that were visible on the artwork proof.

4. Artwork Quality & File Requirements

To ensure the best print quality, we recommend supplying:

  • Vector files (e.g., .EPS, .AI, .PDF)

  • High-resolution images (300 DPI or higher)

We are not responsible for poor print quality caused by:

  • Low-resolution images

  • Incorrect file formats

  • Copyrighted or unauthorised content provided by the client

You represent and warrant that you own the rights (or have permission) to use all artwork provided.

5. Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full before production begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept payments via:

  • Bank transfer

  • Credit/debit card

  • Online payment platforms (if applicable)

Invoices not paid by the due date may incur delays in production.

6. Turnaround Times

Turnaround times vary depending on the product, quantity, and workload.
Estimated timeframes provided are guides only and may change due to:

  • Material availability

  • Design revisions

  • Supplier delays

  • Courier delays

We will always communicate delays where possible.

7. Shipping, Delivery & Collection

We offer:

  • Local pickup

  • Local delivery (if applicable)

  • Shipping via trusted courier services

Once goods leave our premises:

  • Risk transfers to the client

  • We are not liable for transit delays, loss, or damage

We will assist in lodging courier claims where appropriate.

8. Colour Variation & Print Limitations

Due to differences in screens, printing processes, and materials:

  • Colours may vary between digital proofs and final products

  • Minor variations between print batches may occur

These variances are normal and not grounds for refunds or reprints.

9. Returns, Refunds & Reprints

Because our products are custom-made, returns and refunds are generally not available, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

However, we will replace or reprint goods that are:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged prior to dispatch

  • Significantly different from the approved artwork

To lodge a claim, the client must notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods and provide clear photos.

Change of mind is not accepted for custom orders.

10. Intellectual Property

All custom designs created by Sticker Studio Sunshine Coast remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may use images of completed products for:

  • Website display

  • Portfolio

  • Social media

  • Advertising and marketing

If you prefer your design not to be used publicly, please notify us in writing.

11. Liability

Sticker Studio Sunshine Coast is not liable for:

  • Losses caused by delayed turnaround times

  • Incorrect installation or use of products

  • Damage due to misuse, weather exposure, or normal wear and tear

  • Errors approved by the client during the artwork approval process

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to replacing the goods or issuing a refund for the defective portion of the order.

12. Privacy

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
Information is used only for order fulfilment, communication, and internal record keeping.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The latest version will always be available on our website.
