At Sticker Studio Sunshine Coast, we take pride in producing high-quality custom stickers, signage, banners, A-frames, branded clothing, and other personalised products. Because every item we create is made to order, our refund and returns process is different from standard retail stores.

Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Custom Orders — No Refunds After Artwork Approval
Most of our products are custom-made, which means they cannot be resold or reused.
For this reason:

Once artwork has been approved by the client, full responsibility rests with the client.
​
This includes responsibility for:

Spelling, grammar, or design errors
-
Colours, placement, images, or logos
-
Size, measurements, and product selection
-
Uploads provided by the customer
-
Incorrect information supplied during the order process
After approval, no cancellations, changes, refunds, or reprints can be made unless the product is faulty or does not match the approved artwork.

2. Errors or Issues Before Approval
If you notice an error before approving artwork, please notify us immediately so we can amend it.
We will not proceed to production until you have confirmed and approved the final design.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Products
We take care to ensure every order meets our quality standards.
In the rare event your order arrives faulty or significantly different from the approved artwork, we will:

Inspect the issue

Provide a reprint, replacement, or refund if the fault is genuine
To lodge a claim, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:

A description of the issue

Photos showing the fault
-
Your order number or invoice details
We do not accept claims for:

Minor colour variations due to screen vs. print differences
-
Normal material characteristics
-
Wear and tear
-
Issues caused by incorrect installation or handling

4. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for:

Change of mind

Wrong size selected
-
Incorrect specifications provided by the customer

Preference changes after receiving the product
Custom products are made especially for you and cannot be restocked.

5. Shipping Issues
Once products leave our workshop, we cannot take responsibility for:

Delays caused by couriers
-
Lost or damaged items in transit
However, we will assist you in lodging a claim with the courier where possible.

6. Colours, Print & Material Variations
Due to variations in screens, monitors, and materials:

Printed colours may differ slightly from what appears on your device
-
Minor material or shade variations may occur between batches
These are considered normal and are not grounds for refunds or reprints.
